Andrea Realpe

I am a published Ecuadorian painter, and pencil portrait artist. Among all those things I also like to spend my time taking photographs, broadcasting live painting shows, giving painting and drawing lessons, and creating instructional videos.

My inspiration comes from all directions. Watching and learning from other artists has inspired my work immensely. It allows me to try different media and styles. I dont have a specific style in my paintings. I believe every painting has a different meaning therefore every painting should be different.

Other inspirations come from within me and everyday living. I create to express my inner feelings. Nature is also in most of my work, I enjoy creating the beauty of nature and what is has to offer us.

I hope to inspire other artists with my art and continue creating more pieces that will express my beliefs, feelings, and thoughts. I believe an artist never stops learning; there is always more to learn.
